Recovery: Following the surgery, you will be given initial dressings and aftercare instructions. You should rest with your foot elevated for the first day or two. You may experience some mild pain or soreness once the anaesthetic wears off, which can be managed with over-the-counter painkillers. We provide a follow-up appointment to change your dressing and to ensure you are well-cared for throughout your recovery.
